Job Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on railcars.
- Assist with replacing and repairing railcar components.
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs.
- Inspect railcars and identify areas needing repair.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Perform physical labor in an industrial environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical, industrial, welding, or railcar repair experience preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50lbs. regularly throughout the day
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must have a clear background and drug screen
Compensation & Benefits:
