NOW HIRING – Production Workers
Cuba, MO
💰 Pay: $17/hour
📅 Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
⏰ Overtime offered most Fridays
We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a team building quality products.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of wood trusses and related products.
- Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and measurements.
- Measure, cut, position, and assemble materials accurately.
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely.
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, construction, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic measurement and math skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills and equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials as required.
- Comfortable working in a production environment.
Schedule & Pay
- $17/hour
- Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Overtime offered most Fridays
- Full-time schedule with opportunities for additional hours
