Location: Cuba, MO
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Operator II to join our manufacturing team in Cuba, MO. This position will operate and assist with a variety of production equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.
Job Responsibilities

Operate a variety of equipment lines, including cutting, packing, annealing, and cleaning equipment.

Rotate between equipment lines based on production needs.

Perform required quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Consistently meet or exceed established production standards.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines.

Report safety incidents, near misses, and potential hazards promptly.

Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Monitor equipment and production processes and report issues as needed.

Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

Basic computer skills.
