We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively performs preventative maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability
- collaborates with production personnel to identify causes of mechanical downtime
