Job Full Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Paint Booth Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate has the patience and focus to ensure every part receives a consistent, high-quality powder coat finish.
Responsibilities
- Apply powder coat paint to parts, achieving a uniform finish
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and understand blueprints while following detailed instructions from the group leader
- Verify proper paint coat thickness and adhesion on each part
- Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues with coating equipment
- Ensure all safety gear and PPE is used properly at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and patience during quality inspection
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent attendance
- Understanding of and commitment to company policies and procedures, including safety
