Job Full Description
SELF DIRECTED CARE
Meet with client at their chosen place (more than likeley it is not at thier home)
Make sure they are recieving the level of care they need
Must have good problem solving skills
Must have good interpersonal communication skills
Must have good documentation skills
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$19/hr
Must have experience with the hadicap community or BA in SS, OT ,ST, Counseling or equivalent field.
