Job Full Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer service-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, efficient, and able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your goal is to ensure each guest has a smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner

Check guests in and out, manage room assignments, and issue room keys

Process payments accurately via cash, credit cards, and hotel systems

Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries

Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services

Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally

Maintain accurate records and logs, including shift reports and incident reports

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed

Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean and organized

Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficient with computers and hotel management systems

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
