Job Summary
Position: Delivery Driver/CDL Driver
Location: Missoula
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm 1 hour lunch
Pay: $25-$30/hr

Express Employment is looking for a Delivery Driver/ CDL Driver
The Regional Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products to customers, while supporting warehouse operations as needed. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a clean, safe, and productive work environment for both the driver and fellow team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer trucks to transport cargo to and from designated locations.
- Load, secure, and unload products to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance; report any defects or repair needs to supervisor.
- Maintain communication with dispatch via radio or telephone for delivery updates or schedule changes.
- Complete all required delivery and pick-up documentation accurately and on time.
- Keep accurate travel and cargo logs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including organizing and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
- Ensure professional presentation and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Valid CDL license required.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
- Proficiency in operating vehicles, tools, and related equipment.
- Ability to safely drive various types of vehicles.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in making sound decisions and exercising good judgment.
- Experience performing heavy manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to drive for extended periods of time.
- Comfortable working in outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- Frequent standing, lifting, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling.
