📍 Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM | No Weekends!
Express Employment professionals is teaming up with a company in Stevensville, MT that is looking for a professional Metal Grinder! We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in metal grinding and manufacturing!
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Able to stand for long periods and lift parts up to 45 lbs
· Able to operate machine handles for extended periods Can take very precise measurements (down to 0.0001")
· Owns or can obtain micrometers (0–2”) and a .0005” dial indicator within 30 days
· Keeps a very clean, organized workspace
· Experience using manual milling machines is preferred
· Knows how to use gage blocks and gage pins
· Understands speeds and feeds for grinding
· Can check and produce square parts
· Follows all safety rules

What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills including ability to calculate trigonometric functions.
• 1–3 years of experience in metal grinding or machining
• Familiarity with grinding tools, abrasives, and machine operation
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
• Effectively communicate with supervisor and peers in departments.
• Understands speeds and feeds for grinding
• Can check and produce square parts
· Understands how heat affects metal during grinding
