What You’ll Do
As part of a client-focused team, you will help individuals understand their healthcare options while delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guide clients through health insurance plans and coverage options
- Advocate for senior clients with professionalism, patience, and empathy
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client files
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Assist clients efficiently during high-volume enrollment periods
- Participate in community outreach and networking events

What You Bring
- Active Montana Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous office experience required
- Background in medical offices, pharmacy, or senior services is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak enrollment seasons
