Executive Administrative Assistant – Clinical Services
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within a highly regulated healthcare environment. Position Overview

In this role, you will provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director and Clinical Directors overseeing Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, and Inpatient Hospice services. This position requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to executive and clinical leadership

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across departments

• Track reports, audits, accreditation requirements, and leadership deadlines

• Maintain and handle confidential clinical and personnel information

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for leadership and clinical staff

• Support special projects and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

• 3–5 years of executive or senior-level administrative experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Preferred:

• Experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care, or inpatient services)

• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory standards

• Knowledge of clinical operations and medical terminology

• Experience supporting executive-level leadership
