Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Description
Express Employment is partnering with a local Missoula farm. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Harvest Helpers to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and supporting local agriculture.
Harvest Helpers will assist with both customer-facing duties and farm work in the yard, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Check out customers and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with farm work in the yard (including handling fruits and vegetables)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support general daily farm operations as needed
Schedule
- Flexible schedule available
- At least one weekend day required
- Interviews will be held during weekdays in April
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Background check and drug test required
