This position involves operating septic and vacuum trucks to service residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities
- Operate septic/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
- Pump, transport, and properly dispose of septic waste in compliance with regulations
- Follow assigned routes and service schedules
- Complete daily logs, tickets, and required documentation
- Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean truck and work area
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Class A or B)
- Tanker endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Able to perform physical work, including climbing and lifting hoses
- Good communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous septic, vacuum truck, or sanitation experience
- Experience with local or regional routes
- Mechanical or equipment knowledge a plus
