What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the center of daily operations, assisting customers, processing shipments, and helping ensure everything runs efficiently.

Customer Service & Front Counter Support

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and helpful attitude
• Provide accurate information regarding shipping services, pricing, and available options
• Create a positive, efficient, and memorable experience during every customer interaction

Shipping & Processing

• Process shipments accurately, including data entry and address verification
• Handle both domestic and international shipping transactions
• Manage high-value and specialty shipments according to established procedures
• Package items securely to ensure safe and timely delivery
• Process returns and assist customers with package drop-offs efficiently

Additional Support & Operations

• Assist with basic printing and copying services as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 35 pounds

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time position averaging 35+ hours per week
• Typical weekday schedule: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (hours may vary)
• Business operating hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

• High school diploma or equivalent required
