Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a busy retail and shipping services environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting and assisting customers

Process shipments, including:

Accurate data entry and address verification

Domestic and international shipping
-
Handling high-value and specialty shipments in accordance with policies

Package items securely and appropriately for shipment
-
Manage return shipments and package drop-offs
-
Assist with basic copy and print services
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
-
Safely lift and move packages up to 35 lbs regularly
Schedule & Availability

Full-time position averaging 35+ hours per week

Typical weekday hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary based on business needs; operating hours are 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Reliable transportation
