Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial lift trucks to move materials, load and unload shipments, and support warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to [50 lbs / specify weight]
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
