Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Grill Cook to assist with a local event in Missoula. This short-term assignment will include event setup, grilling food during the event, and cleanup afterward.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and food preparation
- Grill hamburgers and hot dogs for approximately two hours during the event
- Work closely with an event runner who will communicate food and supply needs
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help with event breakdown and cleanup at the end of the shift
Requirements
- Current Food Handler or Food Safety Certification required
- Previous cooking, grilling, catering, or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Reliable transportation required
