Residential Installer Helper
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Missoula MT
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a reliable and hardworking Residential Installer Helper to assist our lead installers with residential glass and window installation projects. Responsibilities
- Assist the Foreman with residential installation projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely
- Help install windows, glass, mirrors, shower doors, screens, and other products
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support installation crews
Qualifications
- Construction, glazing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred
