Job Duties
- Operate manual and CNC machines
- Set up and run precision manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Manufacture custom parts to specifications
- Inspect and measure finished products for quality assurance
- Document production and quality control processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience preferred
- Experience with Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday
- 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Three-day weekends every week
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, and arms
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Bend, twist, and move throughout the shift
