Responsibilities
- Assist with floor installation, repair, and restoration projects
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Prepare work areas and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
- Construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
