Sales Representative
Pay: Starting at $20/hour + Sales Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays
Location: Missoula, MT

The Sales Representative will play a key role in developing customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, following up on leads, and delivering exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Guide customers through the sales process while providing outstanding customer service.
- Generate referrals and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Accurately complete and maintain customer records and documentation.
- Meet established sales goals and performance expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment.
- Take initiative and assist with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
