Job Full Description
Night Packager
- $21.75/Hr to start
- Shift Differential - +$1.50
- Manchester, NH
- Rotating Schedule – 2 week rotation
- Week #1 – Wed & Thursday (24 hours reg pay)
- Week #2 – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (40 hrs reg pay +20 hrs OT)
- Overnight hours – 7pm – 7am

Duties:
- Operate and monitor equipment, including interpreting scale readouts and entering functions into control systems.
- Identify, separate, and rework defective or nonconforming products, using knowledge, experience, and guidance from quality control or supervisors when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely production records and documentation.
- Follow written instructions such as work orders, logbooks, and procedures to complete product changeovers, operate machinery, and meet scheduling requirements.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to a respectful, team-focused work environment.
- Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional technical training or prior experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred.
- Strong basic math and computer abilities.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs., standing for extended periods, climbing stairs, performing repetitive tasks, and working in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
