Chief Greeter
Callie is our best known team member!  She's a favorite with our neighboring businesses, where she has no problem going in and begging for a treat, which she usually gets.  When she's not fishing something out of the trash, she can be found at the feet of almost anyone, inverted and begging for a belly rub!

Pam Parsai

Front Office Coordinator
Pam is our Front Office Coordinator where she serves as our friendly first point of contact for candidates seeking employment.  With a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University, she has followed her passion for volunteering in many of the communities where she and her husband have been stationed.  She looks forward to assisting each person who walks through the door.
Pam loves to cook and is happiest in her kitchen preparing food for family and friends. She enjoys discovering locally owned restaurants to enjoy with family on the weekends as well. She loves a simple walk around her neighborhood, a stroll on the beach or a hike in the shaded wood, with her dog Athena.

Amy Ratcliffe

Staffing Consultant
Amy started as our Front Office Coordinator and is now our Staffing Consultant where she recruits and places candidates in a wide-variety of positions and companies.  Additionally, she manages the employment relationship throughout.  She comes to Express with over 5 years of office management experience and a great personality! 
She enjoys refinishing furniture, interior painting and wallpapering, cooking, roller derby, and spending time with her 4 sons.

Danielle Boudreau

Sr. Executive Recruiter
Danielle came to Express twice, once as our Front Office Coordinator, then gained a few more years experience in HR as a Generalist and Recruiter, returning six years ago. She is now a Sr. Executive Recruiter, placing professional candidates directly with clients through the Northeast.
She is a cum laude graduate in Health Sciences at Keene State and holds a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. Danielle is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Alysse Gerardi
Alysse is a Staffing Consultant who recruits and places candidates across diverse companies and roles, while also managing the professional relationship from start to finish. She brings to Express a colorful background rooted in human services and education, including teaching English in Japan and serving the senior community as a home care case manager.  Alysse holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Bridgewater State University.
On her off time, she enjoys reading, crochet, caring for her budding orchid collection, and spending time with her dad, sisters, and grandmother.

Hayley Forgione
Business Developer
Hayley started at Express as our Front Office Coord. and is now our Business Developer. In this role, she identifies, develops and onboards a wide variety of new clients in the southern NH market.  She comes to Express Employment with a strong background in both sales and marketing.  
Haley has 3 young children and in her spare time enjoys taking her kids on hikes around New Hampshire's trails.

Ray comes to Express with well over 30 years of staffing industry experience.  He assists with staff selection, training and evaluation, and strategy.

Bernadette Roller

Owner
Bernadette has an extensive background in Customer Service and small business management.  She started her career in New York and moved to New Hampshire in 1984 working in several technical companies in a customer service role.  She later operated her own business until the opening of Express in 2004.Bernadette has been active in many community and school organizations and has contributed her time to help several community projects.

John Roller

Owner
John is a 40+ year Human Resource professional and holds the following professional HR certifications, SPHR (life certified), SCP, and CEBS.   John has worked extensively in Human Resources in both senior HR positions and in employee benefits management.  His recruiting expertise covers a wide range of jobs including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Environmental, Operations, and Senior Executives.   John graduated with a BS in Business Administration (cum laude) and was a board member and past-President of the Manchester Area HR Association and also served on the board of the NH SHRM State Council.   John is a 25 year veteran of the US Navy, where he spent 7 years active enlisted and 18 as an officer (reserves) retiring as a Commander in the Supply Corps in 2005.  He spent many years volunteering for projects beyond his obligation supporting events subsequent to 9/11.
