Inside Sales – Counter Sales

- Monday – Friday
- 8am – 5pm

Duties:
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right metal products, services, and cutting solutions
- Assist a wide range of customers, from trade professionals to DIY shoppers
- Provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and budgets
- Handle phone inquiries, eCommerce orders, and online quote requests
- Prepare accurate quotes, provide pricing, and follow up to close sales
- Enter customer details, material dimensions, payment info, and order specs into the ERP system
- Communicate and collaborate with supervisors, sales staff, warehouse associates, and drivers to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Support sales goals by tracking stock, monitoring margins, and encouraging repeat business

- Strong people skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships
- Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries across different channels
- A proactive, solutions-driven attitude with the confidence to troubleshoot and adapt
- At least one year of customer service, retail sales, or inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong computer and math skills, plus clear communication and solid problem-solving abilities
