Customer Service

  • $23-26/Hour
  • Londonderry, NH
  • Monday – Friday
  • Day Shift - 8:30am – 5pm
  • Hybrid – Work from home 2 days a week after training!

Duties:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately
  • Provide updates on order status, shipping, and product availability
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to support customer needs
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records in company systems (ERP/CRM)
  • Assist with returns, credits, and billing questions
  • Support sales and account management teams as needed
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience of at least one year
  • Experience working with SAP - MUST
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment (remote 2 days per week)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included in testing requirements)
