Customer Service
- $23-26/Hour
- Londonderry, NH
- Monday – Friday
- Day Shift - 8:30am – 5pm
- Hybrid – Work from home 2 days a week after training!

Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately
- Provide updates on order status, shipping, and product availability
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to support customer needs
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records in company systems (ERP/CRM)
- Assist with returns, credits, and billing questions
- Support sales and account management teams as needed
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience of at least one year
- Experience working with SAP - MUST
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment (remote 2 days per week)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included in testing requirements)
