Property Maintenance

- First Shift, 7am – 3pm

Duties:
- Perform general property maintenance tasks across multiple residential and/or commercial sites
- Complete light landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, raking, mulching, and seasonal clean-up
- Travel between job sites throughout Southern NH and the Belmont area as needed
- Assist with basic repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and exterior spaces
- Remove debris, maintain clean and safe property conditions, and support curb appeal standards
- Support seasonal tasks such as snow shoveling, leaf removal, and storm clean-up
- Operate basic hand tools and light power equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues or hazards to supervisor in a timely manner
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while working independently or as part of a team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in general labor, property maintenance, landscaping, or similar hands-on work preferred
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable traveling between multiple job sites (Southern NH and Belmont area)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and outdoor equipment preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and stay on task
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Willingness to learn and take direction
