Material Handler
- $20-$22/hour to start

- Monday – Friday
- First Shift, 7am – 3:30pm

Duties:
- Monitor material shortages for production kits and complete required transactions upon receipt
- Resolve kitting and inventory discrepancies, including quantity variances and AVL issues
- Verify accuracy of both in-house and customer-supplied materials
- Perform cycle counts and complete associated inventory transactions, including IAAF processes
- Receive, document, and process customer-owned or consigned materials
- Handle non-conforming material in accordance with MRB and NCMR procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve kitting and material-related issues
- Verify and process MTV transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate data entry in WMS systems and supporting spreadsheets
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of material handling or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of component identification and verification processes
- High level of dependability, accuracy, and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, inventory control systems, and label printing software
- Demonstrated professional integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality and workplace standards
