Equipment Maintenance Tech
- $25-$27/hour to start
- Brentwood, NH
- Monday – Friday
- First Shift, 6am – 4pm
- Some OT hours on Saturday – during the busy season

Duties:
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Fuel machines and equipment at the end of each shift
- Change screens, swap out parts, grease, and clean equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and keep machinery running safely and efficiently
- Operate and move equipment in the yard (loaders, grinders, forklifts, etc.)
- Assist with repairs and support mechanics as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate with team using 2-way radio
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
- Full-time role with overtime (55+ hours in peak season, including Saturdays)
- Work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Stand, walk, and stay active for extended shifts (10+ hours)
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Climb on and around heavy equipment; use ladders and stairs frequently
- Bend, crouch, kneel, and work in tight or awkward spaces
- Work in noisy, dusty, and industrial environments
- Maintain focus and awareness in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to hear instructions, alarms, and communicate effectively on-site
