Duties:
- Receive and process inbound shipments, verifying accuracy, identifying damages, and reconciling packing slips with purchase orders. Communicate discrepancies and update inventory systems accordingly.
- Inspect new equipment, document and report damage, and coordinate with internal teams for scheduling, delivery, and claims processing.
- Maintain organized inventory and perform regular cycle counts, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end audits.
- Manage technician inventory, including restocking, reporting, and preparing purchase orders as needed.
- Handle outbound shipping, including local deliveries and expedited shipments.
- Process returns, including unused parts, warranty items, and vendor credits, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
- Coordinate equipment storage, lease returns, and shipment preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse while supporting general facility upkeep.
- Communicate inventory availability to internal teams and support daily operational needs as assigned.
Requirements:
- License, clean record
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proven detail orientation
- Good recent driving history
- Must be able to pass background check
