Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking Plating Operators to support the manufacturing team of a tech company in Niagara Falls, NY. This is an excellent company that is always looking to hire on full time employees and offer benefits upon hiring.
** Not on a bus line
Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm), 2nd (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm)
Pay Rate: $18/hr. + shift differential
Responsibilities:
- Records amount of photo resist on substrate/wafers. Place substrates/wagers into required chemical plating baths following time standards.
- Re-measures substrates/wafers and records to determine if additional plating is needed.
- Plates thin fil wrap terminations following time standards
- Strips photo resist off substrates/wafers. Cleans substrates using surface cleaner.
- Electroless plate thick film using a detailed process. Strip Tokyo paint.
- Provides chemical disposal containers and resupply of chemicals.
- Enters work from all cells accurately in computer logs.
- Collects queue numbers and enters in computer.
- Fills out weekly chemical inventory and notifies supervisor when any chemicals are running low.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in order to interpret and record production documents
- Good arithmetic abilities
- Hand-eye coordination and good manual dexterity
