Customer Service/Service Writer for a Rental Equipment Company in Tonawanda, NY!
Pay: $22-25/hour
Hours: Flexible between 7am-5pm/M-F (40 hour work week)
Responsibilities of the Customer Service / Service Writer:
- Take care of all customer needs
- Answer questions from customers
- Write up service orders for repairs
- Manage phones and walk in customer
- Set up work orders
- Any other needs as required in the shop
Qualifications of the Customer Service / Service Writer:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer / working with rentals
- Knowledgeable in various construction equipment is a bonus
- Must be outgoing, have good communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
