Administrative Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator for a Hardware company in Buffalo, NY!

 

Pay: $23/hour

Hours: Remote Monday & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; Onsite – Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm

 

Responsibilities of the Purchasing Coordinator:

  • Running Suggested Orders and creating Purchase Orders
  • Expediting Product
  • Communication with Vendors
  • Requests for Quotes
  • Quality Issues
  • Advanced Computer Work
  • Analyses
  • Cost Calculations

Qualifications of the Purchasing Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in purchasing
  • Advanced experience in MS Excel
  • Must know how to utilize VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and create spreadsheets from scratch (MS Excel)
  • Intermediate experience in MS Word
  • Strong math skills
  • ERP familiarity is a bonus
