Administrative Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator for a Hardware company in Buffalo, NY!
Pay: $23/hour
Hours: Remote Monday & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm; Onsite – Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities of the Purchasing Coordinator:
- Running Suggested Orders and creating Purchase Orders
- Expediting Product
- Communication with Vendors
- Requests for Quotes
- Quality Issues
- Advanced Computer Work
- Analyses
- Cost Calculations
Qualifications of the Purchasing Coordinator:
- Previous experience in purchasing
- Advanced experience in MS Excel
- Must know how to utilize VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and create spreadsheets from scratch (MS Excel)
- Intermediate experience in MS Word
- Strong math skills
- ERP familiarity is a bonus
