Express Employment Professionals is currently looking for Groundskeeper for a well-established medical supply company located in Buffalo, NY!
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
- Payrate: $16.00-16.50/hr
- Overtime available
Temp-to- hire opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove trash from outside grounds.
- Empty waste containers from outside areas.
- Clean building floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
- Clean rooms, hallway lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors stairways, locker rooms.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift
- regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, custodial, or cleaning or cleaning experince is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
