Manufacturing company in Randolph County has an immediate need for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor. Candidate needs to have supervisory experience and technical experience in injection molding setup, processing, and auxiliary equipment. Technical aptitude, troubleshooting and people skills are essential. Mechanical aptitude, and experience in tooling maintenance and repair is a plus. The Supervisor will lead an experienced team of operators, ensuring efficient and on-time production of quality products in a safe and effective manner.
