Join our dynamic team as an Operations Support Specialist! This fully remote role is perfect for someone with strong computer skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting as a liaison between customers, field service technicians, and district managers. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations, managing workflows, and ensuring efficient communication.

Responsibilities:
- Daily reporting on Client’s audits of performance, communicating issues to the field staff, and updating action plans to report back to clients.
- Update work order networks and templated spreadsheet trackers as needed with detailed information.
- Take customer calls, and other miscellaneous operations related calls from District Managers and Service Providers as needed.
- Export and maintain IVR/time clock data for management, customers, and field staff as needed.
- Document complaints, audits, & requests in central database and follow up as needed.
- Join internal or customer conference calls when requested by management.
- Maintain weekly calendars and spreadsheet trackers for annual wet work services.
- Process Service Provider payables for extra work in excel formulated templates.
- Submit any billing related information for extra work to the accounting department weekly.
- Maintain HubSpot database of any changes to accounts.
- Monitor incoming emails while completing daily tasks and respond to emails in order of importance.
- Any misc. projects as required.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test and 7-year Background Check
- Must have Strong knowledge and Experience working with Excel Spreadsheets (Assessment required).
- 2 to 3 years administrative or remote experience preferred
