Location: Jacksonville, NC
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6am to 4pm
Pay: $16 hourly, pay increase and great benefits offered once hired on.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Plumber to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of plumbing techniques, tools, and materials, along with the ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Utilize proper tools, materials, and equipment for plumbing tasks
- Read and follow oral and written instructions accurately
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations
- Work both indoors and outdoors, sometimes in extreme wet conditions
- Be available for overtime, including weekends and afternoons, as needed
- Must provide own hand tools
Requirements
- Experience: 1-2 years plumbing background
- Education: High school diploma required
- License: Must have a valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Drug & Alcohol-Free: Must pass periodic drug and alcohol testing
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift moderate to heavy weights
