What You'll Do:

Grow our client base: Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities through calls, visits, networking events, and strategic outreach.

Build relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with businesses and decision-makers across multiple sectors.

Collaborate with our internal team: Work closely with our recruiters to ensure client expectations are exceeded and talent placements are successful.

Be the face of Express: Represent our brand at chamber events, workforce forums, and local business functions.

Track results: Utilize our CRM to document activity, pipeline progress, and wins.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or staffing (preferred but not required)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Must be comfortable with cold calls, in-person visits, and networking
