Pay: $12.00/hour (Increases to $15.00/hour upon licensing)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office environment, is eager to learn, and can manage a variety of front desk responsibilities with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally
- Organize and maintain office files alphabetically
- Process payments and handle checks accurately
- Call clients with past-due accounts to collect payments
- Document interactions and account activities with precision
- Use multiple computer systems to complete daily tasks
- Support team members and stay engaged with tasks throughout the day

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work in multiple systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to stay focused under pressure
- Thick-skinned, composed, and emotionally mature

Physical & Professional Requirements:
- Business casual dress and good personal hygiene required
- Reliable transportation and dependable childcare (if applicable)
Growth Opportunity:
- Must complete the Property & Casualty License test within 90 days of employment (training and test expenses covered)
- Pay increases to $15/hour upon licensure
- Potential for advancement after 2 years
