Job Title: Property Management Associate
Location: Jacksonville
Pay: $22-23 hourly, Based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours, must be flexible
Express is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Property Management Associate. This position supports daily property operations with a strong focus on short-term revenue generation, marketing initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication between property management, tenants, vendors, and corporate teams while ensuring operational excellence and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the liaison between departments (Operations, Marketing, Leasing, Legal, etc.) to streamline Business Development deals and tenant activity.

Manage day-to-day oversight of common area activations, including monitoring compliance with agreements and coordinating signage and display installations.

Enter and maintain vendor/tenant data in Salesforce; process contracts and documents through RightSignature.

Track and collect essential documentation (permits, COIs, work orders, meter readings) and interface with local municipalities as needed.

Assist with marketing programs by supporting seasonal events, photo operators, and décor installations; capture and share event/store photos.

Handle administrative duties including invoicing, payroll processing, supply purchasing, and updating daily operational reports.

Collaborate with Accounting on accounts receivable collections, legal documentation, and financial adjustments (reversals, write-offs).

Support internal communication by updating reports on OneDrive and ensuring staff tools (Avid, P-cards) are properly managed.
Qualifications
-
College degree or equivalent work experience in property management, business, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of management and with the public.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Outlook, Salesforce, and general office systems.

Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and general financial processes preferred.

Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Comfortable managing physical tasks including walking the property twice daily and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage contracts, compliance documents, and operational workflows.

Flexible and team-oriented with a willingness to take on a variety of duties as needed.
