Production Worker – Morehead City, NC
Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 8–10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday 1st Shift: 6:00am to 4:30PM, 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 2:00AM
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team in Morehead City. In this role, you will operate machinery, assemble stocked items, and inspect parts for defects to ensure a quality final product.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines including drill press, brake press, CNC machines, and other power tools.

Assemble stocked items according to specifications.

Inspect product parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Understand the end use of the product and maintain quality throughout production.

Move materials by bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Stand and work for extended periods (8–10 hours).
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Steel toe shoes (required).

Ability to pass a drug test.

Background check required (employment eligibility depends on background results)

Strong eye-hand coordination and attention to detail.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, and reliability.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Skills Preferred:

Production experience, machine operator using such as drill press, power tools, brake press, CNC machines preferred
