Job Title: Production Manager Trainee
Pay: $20/hr (Full-Time)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Location: Kinston, NC

We’re seeking motivated individuals who want hands-on training and the opportunity to grow into a management role—prior supervisor/team lead experience preferred. This is the perfect role for someone who has strong production or industrial work experience and is ready to take the next step toward leadership.
What You’ll Do:

Start in production to learn food manufacturing processes from the ground up.

Operate machinery such as forklifts, mixing tanks, boilers, and reactors (training provided).

Perform weighing, packaging, and manufacturing duties with attention to detail.

Complete product-related paperwork accurately—requires strong attention to detail, legible handwriting, and the ability to recognize differences between similar chemical and product names.

Follow food safety and hygiene practices consistently.

Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs to the mezzanine.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous hands-on production, food manufacturing, or industrial experience.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes.

Ability to work in a team and take direction, also able to work independently and step in where needed.

Interest in developing into a future management/leadership role.
