Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for entry-level Manufacturing Associate positions in Jacksonville, NC. These are temp-to-permanent opportunities offering long-term career potential with full benefits available upon permanent hire.

We are currently hiring for two manufacturing companies in the Jacksonville area. Both opportunities involve working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
Assemble products according to specifications
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Available Schedules

Company A

Shift Options

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $15.50 per hour
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $16.75 per hour
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay: $16.75 per hour

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work Monday through Sunday
Overtime may be required based on production needs

Company B

Shift Option

1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Pay: $13.83 – $15.00 per hour (depending on position assigned)

Schedule Requirements

Weekend overtime is seldom, but may be required depending on production demand

Requirements

Entry-level; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
Must have a High school diploma or GED
Clean background required (no felony convictions)
Ability to pass a drug screening
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Work Environment

This position involves working in a manufacturing and production environment that may include exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. All employees are expected to follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
