Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drywaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, finishing, and repairing drywall panels to create smooth and durable wall and ceiling surfaces.
Key Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and install drywall panels to walls and ceilings

Secure panels to metal or wooden studs using screws or adhesives

Tape and finish drywall seams using joint compound and tape

Sand surfaces to ensure a smooth, even finish

Repair cracks, holes, and damaged drywall

Apply textures and finishes as required

Read and interpret blueprints or project specifications

Maintain tools and ensure a clean, safe work environment

Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a drywaller or similar role

Knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, and repair techniques

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic understanding of construction safety practices
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with different textures and finishing styles

Familiarity with measuring tools and reading blueprints

Previous construction or remodeling experience
