Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to bank members in person and over the phone
- Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Assist members with account inquiries and basic banking services
- Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with banking policies
- Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required (banking or financial experience preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn banking systems
- Cash handling experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
