We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a hands-on fabrication role working with granite, stone, and custom cabinetry. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop real trade skills in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
What You’ll Do

Fabricate granite and stone countertops using saws, cutters, grinders, and other power tools

Assist in cabinet fabrication and custom build projects

Operate shop equipment safely and efficiently

Perform basic welding tasks (experience preferred but not required)

Read measurements and follow project specifications

Help maintain quality standards from raw material to finished product

Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Comfortable working with power tools and shop equipment

Prior experience with stone cutting, saw operation, fabrication, or welding is a plus

Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the day

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Work Environment

This position is in a non-climate controlled fabrication shop

Conditions may include heat, cold, dust, and noise

Safety gear and proper training are provided
