Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Express Employment Professionals is in need of a highly skilled Industrial Sewer with attention to detail. MUST be able to operate a medium-duty sewing machine, bar tacker, and binder with confidence, proficiency and accuracy. Experience with sewing tactical nylon goods preferred. A High School diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities
- Operate medium-duty sewing machines, bar tackers, and binders with confidence, accuracy, and efficiency
- Sew and assemble tactical nylon gear and related products according to production and quality standards
- Read and follow production instructions, patterns, and specifications to ensure precise construction
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining high craftsmanship and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to support daily production needs and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sewing machine experience required
- Proficiency operating a medium-duty sewing machine, bar tacker, and binder required
- Experience sewing tactical nylon goods strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to meet background check and drug testing requirements.
