Location: Jacksonville, NC
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM ato 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain confidential case files from intake through ongoing case management
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and other case-related documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering questions throughout their case
- Conduct client interviews to gather detailed information and ensure accurate case documentation
- Maintain detailed case notes and records within case management software
- Monitor case progress and assist in meeting important deadlines
- Perform data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative duties as needed
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support the legal team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with computers and office software
- Experience in case management, legal support preferred
- A willingness to learn and help others succeed
- Must be able to meet background check requirements
