MIG Welder – Fabrication | 1st Shift | $17–$20/hr
A local manufacturing company is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join their growing team. This is a full-time, 1st shift position offering competitive pay and steady hours in a fabrication-focused environment.

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
?? Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding on components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

Set up your welding station and pass a required MIG weld test

Participate in the fabrication process, which may include:

Develop templates and work aids to hold and align parts

Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
? Requirements & Qualifications

Prior MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Ability to pass a MIG weld test

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Strong communication skills

Team player who is adaptable and dependable
