Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) – Weekly Pay + Overtime
A local apartment complex is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician / Apartment Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position (40 hours per week) with additional after-hours/on-call responsibilities.
?? Pay: $720 per week plus overtime (OT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Complete painting and drywall repairs
- Handle minor electrical work
- Perform minor plumbing repairs
- Respond to after-hours maintenance calls as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or property maintenance preferred
- Ability to handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Includes on-call / after-hours work
