Press Operator – 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00a to 2:15p
Pay: $20.00/hr
Location: Botkins, OH
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of our industrial presses, ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of our rubber goods. Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor industrial presses to transform raw materials into finished products- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet or exceed established specifications- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements- Maintain accurate production records and documentation- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulationsQualifications:- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality- Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions:This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in a dynamic, industrial setting.
