Standard Assembler

Location: Sidney, OH
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Overtime: As needed

Job Summary

Express Employment is seeking a dependable Standard Assembler for a first-shift manufacturing opportunity in Sidney, Ohio. This position involves assembling components, following production specifications, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Utilize hand tools and basic assembly equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
• Support production needs and assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required by production demands.
